Our working days are normally Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 4pm.
We aim to reply to emails received during working days in a timely manor. During busy periods we make take time to get back to you. We always aim to respond within 24hours. We do not accept unscheduled phone calls. Calls can be booked with us via email.
We act as the project lead and point of contact for any projects where the customer has booked the project with us.
If any other parties are involved in projects, then we aim to manage those parties to make the project run smoothly.
Content you supply must be your property or used with the owner’s permission.
Pine Design Studio cannot be held responsible for your content containing mistakes or breaking the law.
Content creation from our side will be charged at a half-day rate, as stated in our proposal documents.
We retain all rights in and to all preliminary designs.
Any designs used before final payment will be in breach of contract.
Upon receipt of final payment at the end of the project, ownership of completed assets will be as follows:
You own visual assets you provided (images, videos, animations).
You are licensed to use design assets, exclusively and in perpetuity for this project only.
In order to keep to the schedule provided in your proposal we request that any feedback be provided within 5 days to avoid delays.
If in the circumstance that after 2 revision stages you are still not happy with the concepts created then it is usually best to cancel the project here.
We allow for up to 2 rounds of refinements/amends within each project that we provide a pricing quote for.
If, after those 2 rounds of amends you want to make further changes or developments to the designs, we will provide a price for the time involved in making those extra changes, if they are outside of the original spec of the brief.
Pine Design Studio will declare the project as on hold if 14 days elapse without feedback or signoff.
You will receive an invoice for the work completed up to the point of the delay. Work can be rescheduled at your request around our current workload once the invoice has been paid.
If you choose to cancel the project at any time for any reason you will receive an invoice for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Assets you supplied remain your property. All assets created by Pine Design Studio remain as our property.
All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue. Interest will be charged on any late payments under ‘The Late Payments and Debts Act’
Pine Design Studio is committed to keeping your personal and business information safe and will only use your information for the reason you gave it: to correspond with you on prospective and active projects and to send you invoices, statements, or reminders.
We will never give anyone access to it unless forced to by law.
